4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Area: We currently deliver across South Africa.
Delivery Fee: Free delivery on orders over R500. A flat-rate fee applies to orders below this amount.
Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 7-10 working days, depending on your location.
Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details to follow your parcel’s journey.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout to avoid delays.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We want you and your pet to be happy! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase:
You may return unused and unopened items within 10 days of delivery.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
